Please read before making your purchase from our Sample Sale
- The Oddbird annual Seconds, Samples & Sale will be available to shop online only from February 29th, 2024.
- All sales of samples and/or seconds are final - no returns or exchanges will be available.
- All sales of items discounted by 30% or over are also final sale We are unable to offer exchanges or store credit so please consult our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully.
- Orders placed between between February 29 - March 7 will take up to 3 weeks to process due to the influx of orders. Our small but mighty team is working diligently to get your orders to you as soon as possible. We thank you in advance for your patience.
- Prices are as marked and no further discounts will apply at checkout. No discount codes can be used in conjunction with marked down or sample/second items. Kindly note that we are unable to honor sale prices on items purchased beyond 24 hours of the start of the sale period.
- All items marked as samples/seconds as well as items discounted by 30% or over including are ineligible for our free alterations service.
- *Not all items are included in this sale - but most are - which is why we consider it 'sitewide' exclusions include Ruya Dress Midnight, Mosaic Blankets, Kilim Pillows & Wall Pockets, Premade gift boxes, Curated Towel Sets and anything that has an existing discount such as Bath & Hand Towel listings or Mystery Box items.
- Seconds & Sample Sale items are sold in as-is condition with guides on each item listing showing a RANGE of issues that the item may have. We cannot guarantee which product will have which production issue and the customer must be willing to accept the item they receive. Examples of such imperfections:
- Due to the nature of samples and seconds and their subsequent price point, we are unable to offer Complimentary Alterations or Lifetime Repairs on Seconds & Sample Sale items.
- Free Domestic Shipping will be available to our US customers who spend $250 or more in one purchase. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.
- Our customer service team is here to help! However, we will require up to 3 business days to respond to all customer enquires. We will endeavor to respond to your emails within 2 business days, however, we ask again for your patience and kindness while our small team works to stay on top of the influx of orders.
