Instant Win Competition - 1 of 10 handwoven robes

1. The competition can be entered by filling out the form located here: https://www.oddbirdco.com/pages/instant-win

2. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.

3. Multiple entries from the same persons is not permitted. 

4. By submitting your information you agree to receive marketing collateral from Oddbird Co via email and SMS 

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

6. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

7. Each winner will receive:
   1 x Oddbird Co Handwoven Robe of their choice that is currently in stock, valued at up to $189

8. All other entries will receive a runner up prize of:
   1 x Oddbird Co voucher for $25
   These voucher codes will expire on November 13, 2023, midnight PDT. 

9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

10. Winners will be chosen: at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Oddbird Co. and or its agents.

11. The winner will be notified directly to their email listed in the entry form. Please allow a few minutes for the email to come through. Please check your spam if the email is not in your inbox. 

12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be added to the marketing lists for Oddbird Co., and to be bound by these terms and conditions.

14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by US law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.

15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

16. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

17. Oddbird Co. also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
